choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your
mind. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have
been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the
website.
Your rights to a remedy apply to the replacement product in the same way as the original product.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Regular Post
We only ship orders within Australia. At this time we do not accept international orders through our website.
We send products using regular Australia Post service. There is no tracking facility on these items. Shipping costs are calculated in accordance with current Australia Post pricing standards within Australia and New Zealand, and are quoted at the checkout stage of the online purchase process.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 and 5 business days depending on your location and the time of year.
Express Post Items
We can send your purchase via Australia Post’s Express Post
service. You can purchase this service at the time of checkout. Orders are
dispatched within 1 business day and delivery will be the next business day if
you are in a next day delivery area.
Items purchased including the Express Post option do have a tracking facility

Security Policy:
When purchasing from Animals Australia, card details are transmitted through a secure server using SecurePay. Card data is not hosted or stored by Animals Australia after processing.
