Help save dogs and cats in NSW!

Can you spare 15 minutes to help dogs and cats in NSW? Find out how to make a submission to the Companion Animals Taskforce today.

PUBLISHED ON: 29 April 2013

Most Australians wouldn't call their family complete without a dog or cat, but sadly this love for our furry friends is not reflected in our laws. But you can help change that with proposed new measures in NSW open for public comment until Friday May 10.

A lack of legal protection has left our companion animals exposed to cruelty and exploitation; resulting in over-breeding, homelessness, euthanasia, and very poor conditions at breeding facilities — including puppy farms.

Shaping a better future for these animals is as simple as answering a few questions online. It should only take 15 minutes of your time — simply follow our guide below.
