In 2011, an Animals Australia investigation documented the treatment of Australian cattle exported to Indonesia as part of the live export trade.

Now, Animals Australia in collaboration with RSPCA Australia is bringing the stories of these animals to light for the first time.

Footage from this investigation, provided by Animals Australia to ABC's Four Corners, formed the basis for the award winning exposé "A Bloody Business". This exposé sparked a national public outcry and led to over 60,000 media stories worldwide. You can still watch "A Bloody Business" online here.
